Delivery and returns



We deliver within France using Colissimo, either to your home or to a Colissimo pick up point.
We process orders within 1-3 days. Delivery using Colissimo takes a further 2 to 3 working days within France, 3 to 4 days within Europe, or up to 8 days for international destinations.


Customs and excise duties may apply on orders delivered outside the EU. You are responsible for paying these customs and excise duties on delivery. The cost of your order does not include customs and excise duties.


We deliver to the following countries: France, Belgium, United Kingdom, Germany, Luxembourg, Spain, Monaco, Switzerland and Portugal

To return all or part of your order, please follow these steps:

1- Contact us at the following address to request to return an item: contact@katiasanchez.com
2- You will receive a return slip by email.
3- Prepare your package: place the clean, unworn, unwashed, product(s) complete with their product labels and original packaging, into your package.
4- Attach the return slip to the front of your package and leave it at a COLISSIMO collection point within 14 days of making your purchase. In France, you don’t need to join the queue at your post office. The return slip is postage paid. You will need to any postage charges for items sent from overseas.
5- Keep your proof of posting slip: in the event of a dispute or loss of the package by the delivery company, the proof of posting slip will be deemed to be proof of dispatch so that the cost of the returned products may be refunded.


You will have to pay the delivery costs for items returned from overseas. Return the products by registered post to the following address: Katia Sanchez – 9 villa de Cronstadt 75019 Paris France.


We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your package, and will issue a refund for any returned product(s) within 15 working days of the package being received. Refunds will be applied using the payment method used at the time of purchase. For example, if you paid using a bank card, we will apply a credit through your bank card. The method of payment cannot be changed for refunds.
